 Job Title: Program Manager / Delivery lead – Digital Technologies
Internal Position of Birlasoft
Fulltime only
Houston, TX
Responsibilities:
  • Manage Digital Project and Program deliveries 
  • Lead & provide direction and guidance for a wide array of activities associated with the Programs delivery throughout the life cycle
  • Plan the overall program and Manage risks & issues and taking corrective measurements
  • Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
  • Manage resource utilization across tracks
  • Manage stakeholders' communication & expectations. Handle client management, relationship management
  • Align the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome”
  • Manage main program documentations such as the program initiation document
  • Measure & monitor program actuals, forecasts and budgets and accordingly update plans with accurate, up-to-date information in a timely manner
  • Work on Change management - Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Work on Value Stream Mapping and Innovative ways to manage Program Goals / Objective
 
 
Requirement
(Experience, Qualification, Knowledge & Skills)
  • Program Management with 15 – 20 years of experience in Digital programs delivery involving MS, Mobile and linked Technologies
  • Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques. Experience on Agile methodology, SAFE, Scrum, Kanban.
  • Good Understanding on Architecture & Digital technologies like .NET, MVC, Databases, Frameworks like Angular, Cloud knowledge.
  • Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
  • Strong leadership and management skills. Good communication, presentation skills. Experience in managing key stakeholders from Business, IT organization
