Must have deep experience in Data and Analytics (career lattice built on foundations of Data and Analytics either Functional or Technical roles in the past)
Must have Led and managed a large Data / Analytics program for Pharma or Biotech e.g. should know how a Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing Data and Analytics works.
Adept with Operations – Best practices, typical conflicts and their resolution
Must have sound GxP understanding since most of the people he/she will be talking about will be process oriented for GxP –
It will be expected that this person has seen some DevOps transformation (CI/CD etc) in the prior organization or client.
Communication and interpersonal skills to be able to handle the varying personality types we have at our end
Strong in managing a multi geo team and customer stakeholders. This comes with experience, so hopefully the person will have Global management experience.
Experienced or trained on Agile principles.
