Production Support Oaks, PA SEI Looking for core Production Support person skilled in handling Windows-based applications and Microsoft technologies along with experience in IBM MQ Series. Skills and Qualifications • 7+ years working experience in deployment and support of Microsoft .Net based technologies hosted on a Windows environment • Proficiency in supporting applications using IBM MQ Series Channels, Queues and related Server side technologies is required. • Working Knowledge of cross platform applications having integration with IBM Mainframe platform utilizing CA Scheduler, TEP, IBM-Tivoli is a plus. • Strong knowledge of Windows servers, 2012 R2, 2016 and higher o Windows Patching o Hardening • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 R2, 2016 and higher o Writing queries of medium complexity • In depth knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Network Issues using utilities such as Ping, Telnet etc. • Knowledge of Automation language such as Windows Power shell is preferred • Knowledge of ITIL processes • Knowledge of Service Now Tool Responsibilities •
Manage all pilot and production environments hosting business critical applications • Configure and maintain application servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability and security. • Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing complete problem resolution. • Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes • Assist developers with complex issues reported in pilot or production environments. • Should be ready to provide 24X7 support for critical production systems. • Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours. • Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross training to other peers and team members. • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) processes • Should be conversant with various Windows configurations and troubleshooting mechanisms. • Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory • Excellent written and verbal communication • Flexible, team player with perseverance to deliver at any cost •
Ability to organize and plan work independently • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams • Experience with any content management system and migration would be a plus. • ITIL Certification would be a plus. 08+ years $60/hr.
