Job Title: Production Support lead with strong JAVA/J2EE experience.
Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Required Qualification
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in Operations and production Support projects.
- Java Tech Lead with strong Java/JEE , Oracle fusion Middleware(OFM) skills and Spring boot skillset with excellent communication and co-ordination skills

- Having Oracle fusion Middleware(OFM) skills like OSB, WebLogic, JMS, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Having Backend skills of Spring, Hibernate, SpringBoot, J2EE,Angular
- AWS Skills preferable( not mandatory)
- Coordinate the response of all resources needed to analyze, resolve, and restore operations for applications
- Coordinate efforts with all needed teams (Server/Security/Network/Database/Dev/3rd Party/Authentication)
- Track all planned work for applications and supporting systems for impact
• Send outage and maintenance notifications as needed
• Ensure third party maintenances and outages are tracked
- Provide incident analysis, handling, coordination, closure support and root cause analysis
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and communications skills
- Monitor Jobs, analyze and respond to failures
- Ability to deal with multiple conflicts and priorities
- Ability to deal with concurrent problems and issues; able to sort and triage well.
- Track internal teams and Good follow through
- Ability to work in a collaborative enterprise applications team environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
