Experience Required
· Previous work experience with ALM applications, UNIX and LINUX platforms
· Experience with unit and system level testing and validation activities
· Knowledge and use of Oracle SQL, Shell Scripting,
· Coordinate with Server teams for Patching and Security Configurations
· Exposure to enterprise application implementation and integrations
· Strong customer service experience
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to work within a team and self-directed when required.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Investigate Application technical issues and support customer help tickets
· Create SOP documents for application issues.
· Assist users in resolving the IBM Clearcase, Clearquest, PTC Integrity application related issues.
· Provide update to Customer manager as needed.
· Assist in the preparation of documentation where necessary for new or changed business, operational, or support procedures.
· Participate in analysis and planning of development activities.
· Ensure that requirements are clearly understood by team members prior to design and development effort being engaged.
· Stay informed on emerging technologies and transfer knowledge to the team members.
