Job Description :
Hands on Java & UNIX / Linux experience – not essentially an expert level but well versed with basic commands / processes

Solid experience in back end – Oracle, MS SQL – should be very comfortable with query / data analysis / review stored procedures / write scripts to fix data

Able to work with minimal supervision / oversight from PMs – will be interacting with Business / Ops team directly & on a daily basis

Prior experience in BFS is good to have – data security / confidentiality etc.

Prior experience with Contact Center Apps is good to have

Prior experience with Prod Support of Reporting Apps is an added advantage

Normal work schedule & need some extended support for ITSM

Experience in Linux, AIX and Windows Server

Experience in WebSphere Application Server, Tomcat, IBM Http Server / Apache, IIS Web Server

Knowledge/Experience in the below tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, AutoSys, Control-M would be preferred
