We are looking for a Full-time/contract employee for a Product Support Analyst 
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience administrating a SharePoint farm environment in a production setting including processing change requests, providing system and service performance monitoring, managing user permissions, deploying security patching and software u
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration including user, group and computer object administration including Group Policy, performance monitoring, security patching and maintenance
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration, maintenance, security, backup and recovery and performance monitoring standards
  • Experience providing deskside, phone and web-based end-user support for SharePoint, InfoPath, SharePoint Workflows, Windows 10, Office 365, and Office desktop applications (e.g., Word, Excel) and iOS devices
  • Desktop computer hardware experience with strong background in desktop support and break/fix procedures
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and standard safety practices and procedures
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and SSL with a strong understanding of wireless networking (802.11g/n/ac) with the ability to troubleshoot client connectivity issues on Windows 10 workstations and iOS devices

  • Must be available to work weekends and/or after-hours with advanced notice
  • Must be able to work cooperatively and to maintain effective working relationships to accomplish job responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a professional, courteous approach to any end-user interactions and to be able to communicate issues and resolutions in a clear, non-technical manner
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment while providing timely project/task updates
  • Adept at reading and comprehending technical documentation and procedure manuals
  • Must be able to safely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and utilize ladders
  • May be utilized as part of a department 24/7 on-call scheduled rotation
  • Microsoft Office 365 Administration including account provisioning/deprovisioning, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online
  • Experience with major cloud IaaS provider (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.) with virtualized SharePoint, Microsoft SQL and/or Windows Servers
  • Experience utilizing Atlassian’s JIRA Service Management, JIRA and Confluence for ticket and project tracking and project documentation
