Detailed Job Description:
• 6 years Software and or business process design.
• 6 years Project team lead experience.
• 3 years Formal implementation SDLC experience.
• 4 years Facilitation of Cross functional Solution Design.
• 4 years Module configuration Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills
• The candidate will be working closely with client business and client architect team
• He/She will be deriving the technical requirements at the implementation level as Agile User Stories with clear Acceptance criteria
• The candidate should have experience of creating API Level requirements working with Technical Leads and Architects.
• To work as an Internal Product owner and taking the decision on the prioritization of the user stories for the release by liaising with client business team
• To drive the onshore and offshore scrum teams to achieve the goal of the functionalities expected by client and client business team
• To run the walkthrough of the functionalities, sprint on sprint to offshore scrum teams
• Should be able to functionally drive the various testing cycles done from development to production deployment by working with scrum SDET and client side testing teams
