Job Description:
- Product Manger as someone responsible for a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Testers. The PM's will work with the teams to organize the scrum and report back to the stakeholders with progress or blockers.
- Must Have Skills: Must have worked on Transformation and Automation Projects, preferably in the Mortgage Industry.
- A hands on Product manager in their current role
- Defines the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes client requirements
- Will be responsible for owning multiple features, conduct grooming sessions within the team
- Acts as the client advocate articulating the user needs
- Works closely with cross functional teams to determine any Cross Impacts and addresses them
- Responsible for reviewing completed work and checks with business to ensure it meets the expectations.
- Acts as the product's leader within the organization
- Agile practitioner having implemented Safe Agile practices in previous projects
- Creates Product Roadmaps
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel, MS Word, MS Visio and PowerPoint
