Role Background:

• The role of the Product Implementation Analyst is to work closely with client and Product Implementation managers and provide implementation approach and recommendations. He/She should function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions while understanding the product capabilities, client's business use cases. They will drive the requirements, design documents and product implementation backlog creation. The role requires a good blend of technical, product and interpersonal skills with a passion to provide every necessary support to the Stakeholders. The success in this role will depend on how well the product implementation analyst coordinate with the engineering, presales team, sales team, and product mangers to define feature sets along with working with offshore team.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Gain deeper insights on the product extensive capabilities, client implementation commitments and delivery plan
• Collaborate with client project team, other analysts and PMs and assist in gathering functional and business requirements from the client and translate them into a functional hosted solution design which meets customer needs, provides maximum solution value, and is within scope of Intellitek products/services
• Understand the software and tools ecosystem of Customer and come up with best possible ways of connecting IntelliTek products to them.
• Configure, test, and document IntelliTek products and underlying data models to meet functional specifications
• Provide customer with end user training as needed
• Work with the product management and development organization to channel client feedback into future releases of the Intellitek product suite
• Identify implementation areas that can be automated and work with the product or customer success teams to automate them
• Be involved in Agile scrum process.
• Act as product owner for dedicated components.
• Give feature and platform demos to customers.
• Ensure that the product being delivered is tested and upto the defined quality standards

Desired Candidate profile:

• Must have Demonstrated experience as product support analyst or product implementation analyst
• Young and enthusiastic professional with technical and business knowledge with 3 years of experience.
• Understands product development life cycle.
• Understanding of how cloud-based products/solutions are delivered and consumed
• Understand of unique feature and challenges of SaaS products/solutions
• Customer success-oriented attitude
• Comfortable with JIRA.
• Flexible timings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Inclination towards processes and documentation.
