· Experience in evaluating Oracle environment and recommend migration approach to PostgreSQL
· Excellent knowledge in Database Migration, Planning and execution in on premise and AWS Cloud platforms
· Experience in Migration tools like Telend Migration and SCT Schema Conversion Tool
· Good understanding of PLSQL queried and storage procedures
· Experience in PostgreSQL replication, Streaming Replication, Logical Replication, log shipping.
· Excellent scripting knowledge to automate day to day tasks using SQL and Python /Shell scripting
· Excellent knowledge in Oracle Database Administration and maintenance
· Exposure on Oracle database constructs and export strategies
· Well versed with primary on day-to-day schema changes and database maintenance
· Optimize queries, stored procedure, and database design
· Assists in Defining and implementing maintenance plan for the database system
· Solid understanding of query execution plans.
· Basic understanding of AWS cloud technologies will be an advantage
· Knowledgeable in creating, standardizing frameworks for database migration
· Ability to pitch ideas, solutions to customer and influence the decisions
