Position: Ping SSO Consultant Location: Upper Providence, PA (Remote) Job Type: Contract Single Sign-On MUST demonstrate strong understanding of SAML1.1, SAML2, WSFederation, WSTrust, OAuth2 and OpenIdConnect Enterprise Service MUST have experience managing and maintaining an enterprise level service Network troubleshooting MUST be able to identify and troubleshoot network related issues related to DHN, connectivity, timeouts, response times, etc. Server management, performance tuning and troubleshooting MUST be able to manage and maintain servers, perform tuning, identify issues, perform capacity planning and make proactive decisions on the service SQL Ability to run custom reports and investigate specific issues. Scripting Ability to automate simple tasks, create monitors, run reports, etc. Ability to script custom queries in SSO products (OGNL, Groovy) Web technologies, platforms, languages, etc. MUST have a strong understanding of topics to guide clients to proper solutions, inform on best practices, troubleshooting issues, etc. Must also be able to run HTTP trace for the purpose of troubleshooting and understand the results, spot issues, etc. Problem Management Be able to follow through on problem management tickets. Work with other teams to help identify root cause of issues. Ability to suggest retrospective changes to avoid reoccurrence of issues. Directory Experience AD and LDAP MUST have a solid understanding of AD, LDAP, default attributes, custom attributes, queries, connection stabilizing and security. Cloud Experience Any major cloud provider Solid understanding of IAM principles is Azure, GCP or AWS. Strong Authentication MFA MUST have a solid understanding of advanced authentication methods, technologies and services. Security Advanced MUST have a solid understanding of web security principles to keep security.
