Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the technical architecture for new Newborn Screening applications including providing technical expertise, guidance and visioning the design of complex critical public health applications
Lead all topics of technical design development and construction including definition of the architecture, infrastructure, system layout, technology stack and frameworks for grant-related applications
Perform technical implementation, ensuring technical coherence of application development life cycle, mitigating risk with chosen technical approaches and ensuring performance, scalability and extensibility of design.
Execute responsive web-based application design including PHP- based applications interfacing with REST services, Drupal implementation including writing custom modules with OOP, implementing JavaScript frameworks, and using SCSS/LESS, Twig, Grunt/Gulp and SQL.
General skills (must have):
