Job Title: Phone/Intune Deployment Technician

Location : Chicago, IL ( Onsite)
Duration: 1+ Months
 
Estimated project duration is 6 weeks, however could be extended.
 
Process guides for the migration activity are attached for reference. Candidate needs InTune deployment experience and Apple product experience – (not looking for an InTune developer/engineer) – looking more for a Senior Desktop/Deskside Support Technician with mobile device management experience and string customer service skills.
 
Project Scope: Genius Bar to support customer migration from Airwatch to MS InTune, and Exchange Online.  The delivery resources would also handle walk up and remote support requests to access email on mobile devices (phones and tablets).  White Glove service needed as they will deal with financial users in a high-pressured environment.
 
Tech Skills Needed:
1.  Great customer service
2.  Mobile device management
3.  Phone and IM support skills
4.  Apple product experience
5.  Exchange experience
6.  Previous experience with phone and table support
7.  InTune experience preferred
Resumes will be needed, and techs will complete 1:1 phone interviews with the Dell PM as a first pass then directly with the customer.  If selected, techs will need to undergo the customer onboarding process, detailed below.
 
Required Onboarding:
•  Vaccination Required
•  Credit Check
•  Background Check
•  Drug Test
 
Techs must be vaccinated and will complete the compliance and credit check directly through end client (large financial institution).  Processing time could take from 1-2 weeks.
