Job Title : Pharma BA
Locations : Basking Ridge, NJ
Duration : 12+ Months
Responsibilities:
Familiar with SDLC deliverables,
Good to have someone worked on complex data migration activities of the projects
Experience in gathering requirements through business SME’s to translate to business and technical requirements
(Search candidate worked or exposed on some acronyms such as Veeva, Trackwise, Safety, RIM, CTMS, LMS, CDMS, eTMF will be useful
Supporting and driving testing activities, including UAT
Contributing to the creation of operational support documentation
Few qualifications should be:
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with business users, technical IT groups, project managers, senior management etc.
5 years'' experience as a business analyst with command of business analysis techniques & tools including intermediate to advanced MS Excel, as well as SDLC & iterative systems development methodologies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to organize and present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in deliverables
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment; team player yet able to work independently with minimal direction.
Experience with GxP applications, CFR 21 Part 11 and systems validation is essential.
Life Sciences, Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience is MUST.
