Job Description :
We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Peoplesoft Security Administrator  role.
The Security Administrator is part of a PeopleSoft Financials ERP upgrade team for the CAPPS Financials Consolidated Application Control Environment (CACE) Project. This position will perform PeopleSoft Security Administrator duties that include assessing business requirements, developing/maintaining system configurations and troubleshooting system issues. Day-to-day duties include creating and maintaining PeopleSoft security groups, user setup, roles, dynamic queries and synchronizing roles and permissions to navigation along with evaluating PeopleSoft upgrades for impact on configuration as well as providing the necessary resolutions.  
 
The Security Administrator will independently perform complex duties with minimal supervision and independent judgment. Will lead efforts and advise the development team in reviewing compare reports to identify system customizations, prepare technical and procedural documentation for signoff and conduct knowledge transfer to the project and the production operations teams. Some on-call support may be required and may work outside of the normal working hours depending on the project phase.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS(Required):
  • PeopleSoft Security Administrator
  • RHEL/Oracle Platform
  • PeopleTools (e.g., Application Designer, Data Mover, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, SQR, BI Publisher)
  • Advanced SQL
  • PeopleSoft System Troubleshooting.

Skills(Preferred):
  • PeopleSoft PUM Image Upgrades
  • PeopleSoft Security Analyst
  • PeopleSoft Project Migrations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams
  • Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
  • Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials State of Texas Baseline on PeopleSoft 9.2
  • Working with the SCRUM framework and SCRUM team
  • PeopleSoft Financials Upgrades
  • STAT migration tool
  • Ability to work with Infrastructure team members (Oracle Database, Network, Windows, and Unix Administrators)
