Job Description:
TWC currently uses PeopleSoft HRM v9.1 as its HR system. TWC uses the following modules: HR, Base Benefits, Recruit, Training, and Payroll. TWC uses an Oracle database and AIX servers.

TWC will begin a project to upgrade to the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) HCM version of PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 provided by the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) as a Hub Agency. TWC is requesting an experienced PeopleSoft HCM consultant who can conduct fit/gap sessions, determine where system modifications are required, and document any change request following TWC’s current lifecycle process.

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
5 Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems
5 Functional and technical support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft HRM version 9.1 or version 9.2.
2 Implementing or upgrading the Payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM.
5 Functional experience conducting fit/gap sessions, detailed deliverable documentation, documenting change requests, and working with the technical team to verify code changes are to specification.
Strong Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels.
Strong Strong technical writing skills.

Years Skills/Experience
2 Implementing/upgrading or maintaining the PeopleSoft HR system (CHAPS) at the Texas Workforce Commission.
2 Implementing/upgrading/maintaining the CAPPS system provided by CPA.
