Position: Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 Functional/Technical SME
Location: New York, NY (Locals for In-person)
Duration: 12+ Months
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide PeopleSoft functional and technical services by acting as subject matter expert and leading through the entire systems development lifecycle for PeopleSoft Core HR, TAM/CG, Payroll, and eApplications.
Assist in fully integrating the PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll, TAM/CG, and eApplications system into its current business environments and provide input on best practices.
Configure the PeopleSoft Core HR, TAM/CG, Payroll, and eApplications system to meet unique business requirements.
Report progress to management and project managers.
Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll, TAM/CG, and eApplications solutions.
Minimum of six years of PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll, TAM/CG, and eApplications experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher.
Experience in the Higher Education Industry and/or public sector.
Minimum three years in version 9.2 Upgrade and implementation experience.
Ability to work on all project phases of a project—particularly Project Initiation, and also including Fit/Gap Analysis, Setup, Development and Testing.
Solid understanding of PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll, TAM/CG and eApplications setup tables and reporting.
Solid understanding of integration of all modules.
Technical Knowledge of both payroll and HCM principles
Knowledge of queries, process, and reports.
Experience integrating with a diverse set of third party systems
Experience within a multi-institutional PeopleSoft environment.
