Job Title: Peoplesoft Admin

Duration: 1+ Year

Functional Skills

  •     Candidate should have PeopleSoft NA Payroll 9.2 experience as the primary Skill set along with the working experience on below modules:
  •     A minimum of 8 years working in Peoplesoft NA Payroll implementation & Support
  •     Associate should have PeopleSoft NA Payroll 9.2 experience as the primary Skill set along with the working experience on below modules:
  •     Expertise in PeopleSoft North American Module –
  •     North America Payroll, Compensate Employees, Retro Pay, Payroll Tax Management, PS Payroll Interface
  •     Tax Updates Testing, FLSA, Year End Processing, 401(K) processing
  •     Knowledge of Time and Labor will be additional advantage
  •     Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills, organizational, planning and technical skills to achieve professional results
  •     Exhaustive understanding of Payroll processes
  •     Well versed in PeopleSoft 9.2 new features (both generic as well as NA Payroll new features)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  •     Manage FIT / GAP analysis
  •     Manage CRP sessions
  •     Configure NA Payroll
  •     Roll Out Design Documents for New Requirements

Process Skills:

  •     Should be able to drill down the metrics, analyze the gaps and suggest solutions
  •     Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and quality of work
  •     Should be able to build tools & accelerators which is a value add for the customer
  •     Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams
  •     Should have very good communication.
  •     Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction
  •     Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
