Working knowledge of Pega RPA platform 2. Proven experience in designing and developing automation using Pega RPA 3. Working knowledge of UI automation with Web and Windows desktop applications 4. (nice to have) Familiarity with web services automation Experience with RPA tools/platforms other than Pega Hands-on experience using other Pega products Working knowledge of Git version control system Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project: Assess suitability of business use cases for robotic process automation Collaborate with systems analysts and business subject matter experts to understand the behavior in use cases slated for automation Analyze business process flows and associated requirements for automation Design automation flows using Pega RPA Studio Identify and implement reusable automation components Assist with configuring Pega Robot Manager to optimize workloads and robot use Implement, deploy, execute, and troubleshoot automation flows using the Pega RPA platform Co-develop automation flows with BSC resources for knowledge transfer Present and participate in automation solution reviews Communicate automation development progress and execution status Perform root cause analysis and deliver resolution for automation failures Establish Pega RPA design and development best practices Disqualifiers or Dislikes on Resumes: Lack of experience with Pega Robotic Process Automation/RPA/Robotics Education Requirement: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience Software Skills Required: Pega Robotics, SQL, Web and Desktop UI automation
