Role: Pega Administrator
Location: Wallingford, CT
PEGA Administrator - Pega, Pega PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander), Open shift, Cloud Platform
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline.
· Overall Experience level: 6+ years in IT with min 2+ years as a PEGA Administraton
· 2+ years of hands on experience in PEGA
· Pega PRPC administration experience using Pega PRPC versions
· Experience supporting Pega applications running on WebSphere and/or Tomcat
· Experience with Openshift and Cloud platform
· Knowledge of Pega architecture, design, and coding best practices
· Experience troubleshooting and resolving problems related to Pega applications, database issues, and general infrastructure anomalies.
· Experience working with relational databases
· The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· A critical thinker that challenges assumptions and seeks new ideas
· Proactive sharing of accomplishments, knowledge, lessons, and updates across the organization
· Experience designing, building, testing and releasing software solutions in a complex, large organization

Key Responsibilities
· Building infrastructure for PRPC applications
· Installing and upgrading PRPC software according to the project needs
· Maintaining application stability with optimal configurations
· Providing Support for Code deployment
· Providing environment support from Development to Production
