Job Title : Pega Administrator

Job Description:

  • More than 6 years Pega PRPC administration experience using Pega PRPC versions
  • Min 3-5 years of Experience in App Servers like Apache Tomcat, and 5 years of experience in DB Servers like MS SQL Server 2016
  • Experience with Pega tools including AES, SMA, Admin Studio, PAL, Deployment Manager, and CI/CD Pipeline.
  • Experience with upgrading Pega software versions and applying hotfixes.
  • Experience monitoring and resolving Pega application performance issues.
  • Understanding of underlying Pega infrastructure including Hazelcast and Kafka streams.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving problems related to Pega applications, database issues, and general infrastructure anomalies.
  • Coordinates and implements builds and application deployments for Pega applications on a scheduled basis.
  • Monitors performance of critical applications and resolves operational problems in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Develops short-term and long-term solutions for application and infrastructure issues impacting Pega applications.
  • Installs and maintains Pega and related software on Linux platforms.
