Location: Dallas, TX / Initial 3 months REMOTE (Prefers a local candidate that can be on site 2 days a week, but willing to take someone remote)

Supply Chain Functional Analyst
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for working closely with internal customers (i.e. functional/subject matter experts and/or end users) in various Operations departments (Customer Service, DC) and to build knowledge regarding their specific business area, unique processes, and operational data needed to support business objectives.
· Serves as Techno functional expert in Supply Chain Applications including Order Entry, WMS, Inventory, (Must be technical, not functional )
· Ability to develop necessary changes for WMS Module
· Ensure Warehouse Management /Oracle ERP solutions align to business requirements.
· Acts as a liaison and advocate for the end users of the operations teams.
· Be able to independently determine system behavior
· Perform ad-hoc data mining
· Troubleshoot defects
· Translate business requirements into documented technical requirements
· Review solutions for missed requirements
· Think through potential scenario’s and use cases to ensure comprehensive solution
· Communicate requirement to developers and other stakeholders both orally and in writing, so they fully understand intent and act as primary source to get their questions quickly answered
· Define test cases and smoke test system developments

QUALIFICATIONS - Experience/Competencies
· Leadership and team management skills
· Must be able to demonstrate successful track record working in a cross-functional team environment; including project management skills utilizing business and technical resources.
· Facilitates, prioritize, and manages expectations of projects and requirements among competing business interests
· Knowledge of Customer Service and Warehousing process preferably in CPG environment
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proven track record of ability to work within a team environment and/or independently as needed; adapt to change quickly (high flexibility); high personal motivation; ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Must be able to demonstrate ability to apply ERP architecture theories and concepts to create business solutions. Ability to balance theory and practical reality.
· Must be able to demonstrate strong project management and analytical skills.
· Employee must be able to multi-task under pressure.
Ability to effectively make written or oral presentations and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
