Job Description: Position : Oracle Hyperion Technical/Functional Specialist Location : Washington DC(initially will be remote due to COVID-19. Once everything is normal have to work onsite) Duration: 4+ YEARS Project Details The House plans to replace its on premise Hyperion solution with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud. Hyperion is integrated with the House PeopleSoft Financials application and utilizes Lawson position and payroll data. The House is seeking a Technical Specialist to lead the migration effort from 11.1.2.3.700 to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud. Three existing applications will need to be moved, Budget Formulation and Execution Functionality including a Budget Book, a Projections application and a Human Capital Planning application. The current Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition functionality will need to be replaced with other ETL tools such as EPM automate. Specific Responsibilities Lead the House's Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Migration. Preparation and support for an upgrade from 11.1.2.3.700 to the EPM Cloud. The primary responsibility will be to lead application design, build, development, data conversion, integration, and test activities along with identifying areas for enhancement in efficiency and user experience. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for leading the team to migrate all three existing on premise production applications including a Human Capital Planning application with significant customizations to the EPM Cloud. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for converting existing Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition metadata loads, and actuals, position, payroll, and other data as required to load data from existing on premise applications to the EPM Cloud nightly at a minimum. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for integrating on-premise PeopleSoft financials with EPM cloud. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for integrating EPM cloud with on-premise single sign-on solution. Qualifications Hyperion Technical/Functional Specialist Level 1 or 2 Must have led/executed at least one successful end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud conversion from on premise Hyperion application for a Federal Government Client. Knowledge and experience working with Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Planning or Public Sector Planning and Budgeting application 11.x or higher; Knowledge and experience loading source data into Hyperion with Oracle Data Integrator; Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition, specifically Drill Through to General Ledger of a Source System; Must have hands-on experience converting ODI and FDMEE processes to EPM automate. Must have knowledge and experience working with Human Capital Planning loading employee and position-based data. Knowledge and experience configuring dimensions with optimal dimension design and identifying alternate hierarchies; Knowledge and experience configuring Essbase application components, business rules and calc scripts and calc script customizations Must have experience using Groovy scripting to gain efficiencies with calc scripts and for data validation. Knowledge and experience with EPM Security administration. Knowledge and experience with Smartview, developing Data forms, and developing Web Forms; Experience developing reports with Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio in the EPM Cloud Preferred Qualifications Experience with report (Budget) book development with Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio reports or with Narrative Reporting. Experience leading a successful end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud conversion from on premise Hyperion application for a Federal Government client. SQL developer scripting experience Experience integrating EPM cloud with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) Experience with Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory and Oracle HTTP server Experience with Quest Stat change management application PeopleSoft Financials and Lawson HR Payroll applications, specifically the integration with Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management.
