Looking for Functional HCM Recruiting Cloud consultants, capable of fulfilling Lead roles.
Candidates must at a minimum have one full life cycle implementation of Oracle Recruiting. They will be responsible for leading business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions. They should be able to advise client on the impacts of adopting the solution and support them in defining relevant processes. They will be required to support the client in all phases of the project.
