Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: Fremont, CA
Duration: Full Time
Description:

Translate business objectives from HR Managers and user needs into clearly written business requirements.
Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop business solutions to streamline and automate (new) HR processes.
Implement continuous process improvements and policy changes to improve efficiency and user experience.
Business ownership for the full Oracle HCM Fusion, lchor''s global HRIS system, end-user experience and data integrity.
Working in HR, collaborate with IT and other corporate functions to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency
Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS.
Serves as the initial point of contact for requests to add and/or edit employee information in the HRIS system. o Develop ad-hoc reporting and optimize out-of-the box reporting to support business requirements.
Defines business processes, policies, and approval flow to ensure employee data is accurate and maintained in the HRIS system and performs regular audits to verify data integrity in accordance with Company and regulatory compliance requirements.
Responsible for managing interfaces between interdependent systems.
Maintains the full HRIS, including: Core HR system, Organizational Management, Compensation , Benefits, Recruiting and Learning, along with integration to Payroll
Interacts, builds relationships and effectively communicates with team members as needed.

Experience with Oracle Cloud based HRIS.

Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrates expert computer skills - HRIS and MS Office and other analytical tools as needed

Ability to write reports that enable business managers to monitor metrics and make decisions.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.

Desired Education, Certifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-years'' experience serving as the expert in cloud-based HRIS tools, specifically 3- 5 using Oracle, minimum requirement is a BS degree, preferred Master''s degree in Business or Information Technology or related field.
Must understand the HR processes lifecycle.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative/matrix environment and as part of a team
