Job Description :

Title: HCM IT Reporting Lead 
Location : Remote
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Must be self-directed and able to work effectively in a team environment with little direct supervision
  • Strong implementation knowledge on the reporting tools (Oracle Fusion OTBI, OBIEE, BIP, Tableau, Informatica etc.
  • OTBI and BI Publisher reporting knowledge and experience required
  • Strong Coding knowledge on SQL, PLSQL, HCM Extracts is required
  • Working Knowledge on OIC middleware and data modelling tools is preferable
  • 10+ years of experience in rolling out HR reports using various reporting models.
  • 7+ years of experience in working with HR management in rendering reports
  • 5+ Experience in implementing and rolling out Oracle HCM Fusion Application OTBI and BIP reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present information in an understandable format.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of all HR areas (HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation)
  • Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years related experience required.
  • Oracle HCM Implementation certifications preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential preferred.
