Job Description:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent, with minimum 6+ years of experience
6 to 8 years on hands-on testing in HR applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion etc.
Oracle HCM Cloud testing experience is highly preferred but not must
Deep domain knowledge in HR applications testing including upstream and downstream end to end functional flows
Hands-on experience in payroll testing
Must have very good testing process knowledge including hand-on experience across testing phases and testing tools such as JIRA
Exposure to automation including Selenium
Very good communication skills and must have worked in multi-vendor scenario involving multiple stakeholders
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
