Duration: 6+ Months
DESCRIPTION:
Support functional design across Benefits and closely related modules, including leading practices
Configuration of system and guidance on the development of the functional design documentation
Candidate is a self-starter with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits completed. This is a functional role with expert knowledge of the cloud service's capabilities and ability to translate them from functional business users into implemented reality. Role is responsible for all phases of the cloud deployment as a lead of the benefits functional area: design, configuration, testing, documentation, and migration to production. Preference given to candidates with healthcare or higher-education experience.
