Our CX practice has grown significantly after a successful transformation from on-premise based practice to cloud based CX practice. We are looking for a dynamic person in North America to join our practice and help take it to the next level
Overview of Requirements
This position will be responsible for defining, positioning, and implementing solutions using Oracle CX suite of products for diverse set of our clients from several verticals. These verticals include High Tech, Industrial Mfg., CPG, Oil & Gas and Healthcare.
This position requires extensive background in CRM applications and thorough understanding of business processes related to Service logistics and integration with broader ERP. Working knowledge of product returns, repairs on-premises or at repair facilities, procuring parts needed, executing repairs, shipment of repaired products to customers, integration with ERP is a must
This senior role will be leading and advising projects that involves implementation of Oracle reverse logistics capability. Ability to position solutions, develop consensus and deliver projects on time and under budget will be considered core strengths
This is a high visibility role that interacts with business development and other groups while focusing on delivery of services and contributing to practice development activities.
Specific qualifications and activities for the role include the following:
Solution development and delivery
• Draw from knowledge of Oracle execution products such as Depot Repair, maintenance management, Order management, Inventory, procurement, planning, updates to financial systems (specifically ERP Clod Financials) to design desired solution/s
• A thorough understanding and design of ideal material flows in a reverse supply chain is a must
• In depth knowledge of product warranty, entitlements, service request life cycle are minimum requirements
• You should be able to architect a solution traversing the products mentioned above to design proposed transactions and keep the ERP system in sync
• We need your expertise in supporting the integration of reverse logistics transactions to Oracle Financials Cloud
• We expect expertise in the products mentioned above demonstrated by certifications obtained of Oracle Cloud products
• Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services
• Development of L1, L2 and L3 flows for design and solution development is a minimum requirement
• Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or they make up the whole solution
Collaborative working
• Conduct training session/s on product configurations, CRM concepts for others in the team
• Contribute to Inspirage marketing efforts; participate in webinars, write blogs, provide content from CX products and in general CRM space
• Interact with Architects from other groups and collaborate
• Lead development of PaaS solutions where we see significant product gaps in Oracle products
Pre-sales support
• Help respond to RFP and RFQ questions regarding customer engagement, service management, service execution, and service planning
• Position Solutions developed by Inspirage in the sales cycles
• Demonstrate CX – service logistics suite of products as needed
• Provide content for SOW regarding solution and staffing to execute the project so that business development can complete SOWs
• Participate in calls with prospects, Oracle Business development and other staff to support sales cycles
