Position : Oracle eBS Payroll Functional Lead
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Duration : 7+ Months
Visa : Only GC & USC
Job Description Required Skills/Experience:
Oracle HCM modules integration to Oracle Payroll, especially Time and Labor.
Must be well versed in the payroll complexities for Public Sector entities (City and County
Need to be EXPERT in leading the definition of pay plan, payroll processes (cradle to grave) and understand the impact of HR and OTL setups on the Payroll module.
Must understand Business payroll processes, and day-to-day management of those processes.
Extremely familiar (have implemented it at least 3 times) with the uniqueness on large scale municipality payrolls.
MUST have been THE LEAD on 3 full cycle implementations of R12 Oracle Payroll
Well organized, excellent communications skills, leadership skills to help drive client’s Payroll Team
R12 experience.
Qualification:
Bachelor''s degree in relevant field.
