"Oracle EBS Application Support Consultant (Mid-Level Experience):

Job Description:
Responsible for providing Application Support on one or more Oracle EBS Process including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing process.
Responsible for analyzing and resolving functional and technical problems in supported applications for the Business teams.
Support EBS modules including Order Management, Shipping, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Bills of Materials, Work in Progress, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. Provide direction for improving functional processes using application's core functionality.
Support integrations with other EBS modules, and with third-party or custom developed extensions. 
Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Financial, IT, and consulting partner teams.  Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure quality delivery.  Provide cost and time estimations and plan and track project activities.
Requirements:

At least five years of experience with Oracle EBS plus years with at least one full life cycle implementation and Application Production Support experience.
Very good experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.9 or newer Techno-Functional experience on OM, WSH, WMS, PO, INV, BOM, WIP, AP, AR, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Manufacturing.
Should have demonstrated ability to setups and support Oracle EBS Order to Cash modules, with experience handling Application Support and Implementations.
Possess business acumen with an in depth understanding of Order to Cash, Manufacturing and Procure to Pay business process flows.
Validating Oracle bug fixing solutions for production issues are raised on daily basis and handing over to business team after initial testing.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have ability to communicate with end users and senior management.  Ability to articulate complex concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders
Should be able to identify the gaps between business requirements and standard Oracle functionality and develop both long-term sustainable solutions and quick tactical solutions.  Solutions should be simple and effective with minimal customizations.
Ability to quickly understand complex requirements and their impact on existing solution and guide team members on potential solutions.
Should be aware of how inbound and outbound interfaces are designed, developed, tested and deployed.
Ability to write SQL queries for issue resolution and good hands-on technical knowledge on Oracle Applications R12.2, PLSQL, Reports, interfaces, AOL, Forms and workflow (RICE components), Business events, PLSQL, customizable hooks or personalization etc.
