Oracle CX Functional  Consultant – Service Logistics 
Fulltime - Direct Hire

Our CX practice has grown significantly after a successful transformation from on-premise based practice to cloud based CX practice.   We are looking for a dynamic person in North America to join our practice and help take it to the next level

Overview of Requirements
This position will be responsible for defining, positioning, and implementing solutions using Oracle CX suite of products for diverse set of our clients from several verticals.  These verticals include High Tech, Industrial Mfg., CPG, Oil & Gas and Healthcare.

This position requires extensive background in CRM applications and thorough understanding of business processes related to customer engagement, service management, service execution.   Working knowledge of Sales Cloud applications and latest trends such as social interaction capabilities within service suite of applications would be required 

Specific qualifications and activities for the role include the following:

Solution development and delivery 
•    Draw from knowledge of Oracle CX (or other) product lines such as Service Cloud, Service Logistics, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce cloud to design desired solution/s
•    Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services 
•    Experience dealing with returns and repairs while interfacing with Service Requests is a must
•    Must have dealt with reverse supply chain processes in CPG, Industrial Mfg., High-tech verticals 
•    Hands on experience in making execution products such as Inventory, Order Management, Depot Repair, Maintenance management in the context of reverse supply chain is a must 
•    Must understand how service life cycle works with back end cloud financial applications 
•    Demonstrated ability to craft solutions that traverses front end applications such as B2B engagement, subscription, CPQ   with back-end applications such as Order Management, Inventory, depot repair is required  
•    Ability to design the Oracle cloud User Interface that supports customer facing applications is a must 
•    Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate

Pre-sales support 
•    Help respond to RFP and RFQ questions regarding customer engagement, service management, service execution, and service planning 
•    Position Solutions developed by Inspirage in the sales cycles
•    Demonstrate CX suite of products as needed 
•    Provide content for SOW regarding solution and staffing to execute the project so that business development can complete SOWs
•    Participate in calls with prospects, Oracle Business development and other staff to support sales cycles 

Practice development 
•    Conduct training session/s on product configurations, CRM concepts for others in the team 
•    Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe, and standard business processes related customer engagement, service management, service execution
•    Contribute to Inspirage marketing efforts; participate in webinars, write blogs, provide content from CX products and in general CRM space 
•    Interact with Architects from other groups and collaborate 
•    Lead development of PaaS solutions where we see significant product gaps in Oracle products 
•    Help recruiting efforts
