itle- Oracle Cloud Security Analyst
Location- Raleigh, North Carolina (Onsite)

It's 6 Months Contract to Hire Role

The successful candidate will be a leader with a rigorous system life cycle engineering, operational excellence, analytical mindset, and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, PPM and ERP Application from security implementation standpoint.

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Oracle Cloud Security Analyst job include

  • Assist in the definition, documentation, and re-engineering of existing oracle security implementation.
  • Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to determine business requirements and review documentation for Oracle Security roles.
  • Act as an advisor to the business on areas of risk in application configurations, possible improvements, efficiency, optional methods, and best practices.
  • Partner with project managers and other business analysts to review and understand business requirements, recommend solutions, and provide level of effort estimates to complete configurations or personalization’s to the application.
  • Provide technical review advice to IT Leads and staff, and as necessary to end users and the general user community.
  • Work on Oracle Security implementation for Recruiting Cloud application

Minimum requirements and experience for this Oracle Cloud Security Analyst job are:

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
  2. Comfortable leading business conversations with key business leaders
  3. Experience with Oracle HCM, PPM and ERP cloud platforms is a plus
  4. Strong management skills, with ability to communicate and prioritize workload
  5. Project management experience is a plus.
