Job Description :
*Oracle Cloud OTL and Absence Management Technical*
*Location (when on site Washington DC area*
*Start: 5/11 or 5/18*
*Duration: 4+ months*
*Other: remote entirely for the next 4-6 weeks (depending upon COVID-19)
After that, every 2-3 weeks on site*
*Rate: $90/hr on c2c all inclusive*
Client looking for a senior level Oracle Cloud Time & Labor and Absence
Management Technical consultant for a 4 plus month project. Due to
COVID-19, the consultant will start work remotely, and then will be
expected to work the role client onsite after the public health concern of
COVID-19 lifts.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three (3) years of global OTL
related experience.
With at least 2 Oracle Cloud Time and Labor & Absence management
implementations with focus on those modules.
Preferred experience with Payroll and integration Payroll with OTL.
*Responsibilities:*
Consult on managed Cloud ERP engagements, including implementations and
upgrades.
Provide technical subject matter expertise on Oracle Cloud HCM modules -
Time and Labor, Absence Management and Oracle Payroll.
Ability to design, test, deploy business processes and configurations
within HCM Management modules
Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit,
integration and acceptance testing.
Ability to develop integrations with other modules within Oracle HCM suite.
Should have hands on experience in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value
Set, UDT and Personalization s.
Should have experience with Approval Workflows, alerts.
Should have minimum 3 years of experience in OTBI Reporting, Data Migration
and Integration development using HDL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service etc.
Should have excellent communication skills, experience. Should have
excellent documentation skill.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills.
Provide technical support on Oracle Cloud Project implementation -
conversions and troubleshooting
Preferred candidate to have OTL certification.
