Role/Position: Ops Manager Location: Seattle, WA Duration: Long-Term contract Job Description: ??? Ensure delivery as per the agreed SLAs and KPIs ??? Monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs.?? ??? Communications and coordination with TMO ??? Risk management/ Escalations follow up and closure of escalations?? ??? Gate keeping activities, weekly /Monthly status reports,?? ??? Conduct Daily Huddle meeting, Weekly/Monthly Status Meeting and Adhoc - Meeting?? ??? SME support for P1/P2 conference bridges, Gap anlaysis and propose improvements to ensure high system availability and performance.?? ??? Preparation and enhancement of infrastructure and software builds for new and existing services and initiatives;?? ??? Work towards continuous improvement and perform root cause analysis on an ongoing basis?? ??? Develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
