Should have more than 8 years of experience on Opentext Content Suite, Archive Center
Customize and Extend functionality using oscript
Experience in defining solution architecture for large and complex projects.
Should be capable of providing technical leadership to junior engineers in the team, suggest solutions and review their work.
Should be able to provide estimates (using known estimation techniques like WBS, FP etc) and timelines to customer for different enhancement requests, monitor the project''s progress, provide a regular status update to customer/internal stakeholders, and interact with customer for planning and resolution of various issues/requirements.
Should be able to mentor his/her team members and provide technical contributions
Should have knowledge of agile execution approach and tools
Minimum 4 years of development project experience
