Job Title: Data Analytics & AI solution architect
Location: Columbus, Indiana
Job Description:
  • Define and socialize new architectural designs and patterns for end-to-end data application needs. Identify gaps in alignment with existing patterns
  • Understanding of Azure cloud environment; being hands on and engaging to solve problems with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data modeling Experience
  • Experience in solutioning using Python, Scala, and SQL query language are desired.
  • Experienced in solutioning for large volumes and high velocity data movements and management would be highly preferred
  • Architect will work on programs for Machine learning or Data governance implementation and other large scale full stack efforts at Cummins. Experience with Immuta will be added plus
  • Experience and knowledge working in an Azure and Databricks environment - Azure Data Lake Store, Databricks, Hive, Azure Synapse, SQL DBs, Analysis Services, and Power BI is preferred. Azure Solutions architect or Azure Data engineering certified professionals will be an added plus
  • Experience in SQL is required; Knowledge in any one of the scripting language- Python/Scala, and/or R coding language is preferred.
  • Candidates are expected to have extensive and significant experience in Data Architecture, Data Quality practices and techniques, complete solution architecture ideation and implementation including experience in Data Security techniques.
