Job Description :
8-10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financial Functional and Technical roles
At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, specifically on Oracle Fusion Cloud
Must have implemented at least 5 Oracle Cloud ERP Financials project from End-to-End
Preferably experience on PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud financials implementation
Technical expertise on Oracle Cloud Financial PaaS components like OIC, OAC,
Functional expertise on Core Accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Recon, Reporting, etc) and its related financial functions (Treasury, Planning & Forecasting, Capital Modeling, so forth)
Expertise in dealing with OIC implementation for the Financial transformation journey
Good knowledge on OIC adapters like SOAP, REST, ERP cloud
Experience in implementing Oracle Analytics on cloud integrating ERP & EPM suite of products
Implemented knowledge on Financial GAAP and STAT reporting for an insurance/banking sector
Experience in designing & implementing MCoA in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials SaaS, Accounting Rule Engine (ARE) enabling accounting rules & its integration with DRM/Blackline
Demonstrated experience assisting in defining the systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, AS-IS and TO- BE business process designs, configuration management, testing and end user training
Ability to collaborate with team members and business customers
Strong communication skills to present the ideas, recommendations and be an influence
