Job Description
The Robotic Process Automation Developer is responsible for working with associated business units and individuals to automate existing workflows and processes.
Propose, develop and implement strategical solutions which improve workflows and process within utility that will automate and improve overall efficiencies.
Extract solutions from under-performing or repetitive workflows and produce measurable strategies and solutions.
Restructure existing manual processes to be optimized for automated solutions.
Coordinate and manage processes and workflows for all deliverable s and releases with the client leads and other third-party vendors.
Create clean, well-documented and unit tested solutions as required to support new and legacy processes (end to end
Support QA activities and approve any code and functionality prior to and after production release.
Translate requirements and specifications into working solutions and workflows.
Lead educational sessions about the functionalities and limitations of RPA to set the right type of expectations to consumers.
As needed, generate any technical documentation related to all development solutions that are created.
Required Skills, Competencies, And Certifications
Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.
2 years of experience in robotic process automation.
Experience in taking the bot development from inception to post-production support.
Experience in providing strategy towards the creation of an enterprise automation roadmap (EAR This must take into account both short term rapid results as well as long term efficiencies.
Experience in the evaluation of RPA tools based upon suitability and functionality.
Ability to produce quantifiable metrics as well as the ability to present this data in regular reports.
Desired Skills
Understanding of core AWS services
Experience with Development Technology; such as: Python, VB, C#, JavaScript, HTML and Web Services
Clear understanding of and experience with RPA related tools such as Blue Prism, OpenConnect, Kryon, Epiance, EnableSoft, InfoSys, UIPath, WorkFusion.
Certifications within these tool sets are highly desirable
Comfortable with managing and migrating large data sets.
Experience with Database design and management is a plus
Experience handling scripting functionalities of SAP
Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical subject matter between multiple levels of technical proficiency in a positive format
Detail-oriented; good copy-editing and QA skills
Creative problem solver who is skilled at quickly and efficiently deciphering issues within a technical environment and providing both long and short-term solution options
Education And Experience Minimum
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience/combined education, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
