Job Title: QA Lead
Location: Raleigh NC
Position Type: Contract
Has at least 3-5 years of experience working in global QA teams, overall experience of at-least 8-10+ years in Quality Assurance
Strong preference to candidates with software development background.
Experience in working with Lead to set up QA Processes, metrics, methodology, and building an efficient team.
Good communication and coordination skills required to plan & deliver test solutions by interacting with global QA team, BA, PM and Dev teams.
Experience in building automation frameworks, and building strong automation team.
Work in a fast paced and challenging environment, lead a team, and deliver on aggressive timelines
Technical skills: UFT, any scripting [python, shell scripts, etc.], .Net or Java (preferable), SQL, Server Side automation
