Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting MS Windows Desktop/Server environments leveraging the latest tools and concepts in order to provide exceptional service delivery across the enterprise.
The optimal candidate will be process driven and have a diverse technology background with a desire to learn and become the best. A basic understanding of financial markets and trade lifecycles is a plus.
The candidate must be an exceptional problem solver and a very strong communicator with the ability to multitask.

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will:
Be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future planning needs of the company's desktop environment
Monitor the performance of the company39;s desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiency
Maintain Windows 10 Desktop, VDI, laptop and HP thin client builds
Manage the firm’s SCCM software packaging, reporting, administration and troubleshooting
Automate Desktop Support tasks utilizing MoveWorks, Slack and JIRA Service Desk
Have a deep Knowledge of scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell/Python
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows desktop and application related environmental issues

To be considered a good technical fit, you must have:
BS Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field/technical experience
Expert administration/engineering skills in Windows 10 OS technologies
Advanced knowledge in automating for Windows platforms leveraging PowerShell, ActiveBatch, and SCCM
Strong technical ability and outstanding troubleshooting skills

Bonus points for:
Demonstrated experience in Information Security: Best practices, IPS/IDS, SIEM
Experience administrating MoveWorks, Slack, Citrix, Varonis, OKTA SSO, Mobile Iron, Goverlan,
McAfee AV and EPO Security Management
