JD: Senior
10 AWS Native Cloud App Dev resources, level: Senior. AWS is a priority with strong JAVA skills, who can pivot easily. There could be a consideration to convert these resources. Given RTO is projected for mid-September 2021, (and possible attrition), we look to help the business fill the positions in a timely fashion with the right resources.
What are critical skills?
Lambda, DynamoDB, AppSync, Kinesis, Aurora (Serverless) – This is in general priority order if we had to limit the skillsets that we listed below. However, we would prefer full-stack AWS resources given our Product teams will be working in all the services listed in the chart below. While Java is not prominent in our future state, having a Java background would help with decomposing the existing monolith as part of the cloud migration.
