Who are we looking for?
This Project Manager will join the Technical Project Management team and will be responsible for the successful delivery of Network transformation projects. The projects will be primarily focused on the design and deployment of data center, cloud, and branch network infrastructure. As a critical resource, the Project Manager will be responsible for driving all aspects of projects and delivery on schedule and budget. Key responsibilities will include, accurately capturing requirements of the project; Working within a matrix organization to progress the design, development, testing and rollout of new infrastructure; Ensuring that the rest of the organization is able to support and utilize the new infrastructure. They must build a cohesive project team, clarify the goals of each project, and keep all team members focused on the business objectives to drive project success.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
· Ability to create a detail project plan and execute it for successful project completion.
· Experience of Data Centre Infrastructure deployments involving routing, switching, Firewalls, Loadbalancer, etc.,
· Strong “end to end” understanding of data center project deployment process and workflow in general.
· Experience working both independently and, in a team, -oriented environment.
· Ability to conform to shifting priorities and proactively drive changes in project scope, timelines, and requirements.
· Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources: management, business unit contacts, and data center peers.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment.
· Strong project management experience in related industry with demonstrated achievements in planning, directing, and implementing multiple and concurrent large projects.
· Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams.
· Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization – strong relationship building abilities.
· Ability to work effectively with diverse styles, skills, and abilities and across cultures.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
· Strong negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.

· Experience with project cost estimations.

Qualification
· Overall 10+ years of experience
· Minimum 7+ years’ experience with project management.
· Preferred working experience in Network infrastructure
· Experience of Data Centre Infrastructure deployment.
· PMP \ Prince 2 Certification or equivalent
· Bachelor’s degree
Certification: (Good to have)
· PMP, ITIL, CCNA, PMP \ Prince 2 Certification or equivalent
