Role: Network Engineer
Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: Full Time
Responsibilities:
· Minimum CCNP with enterprise level experience min 5 years.
· Extensive knowledge on the below technologies:
· Layer 2 – VLANs , SPT ,Port Channels ,vPC, MAC
· Layer 3 – OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VRF’s, DMZ
· Wireless – Centralized Wireless, Certificates, BYOD, ISE
· WAN – MPLS, Riverbed and IWAN
· Management - SNMP, Solar Winds, QoS, NetFlow, AAA/TACACS
· Architecture – Collapsed Core, Leaf and Spine, Application flows.
· ACI experience, creating new tenants, bridge domains, VRF’s, EPG’s AAEP’s – restoring fabric configurations.
· Any additional experience of load balancers, firewalls, proxy.
· Assist the customer with any design requirements and assist where required with project related activities.
· To attend Wipro and customers call to support P1/P0 and Crisis incidents (including RCA and Problems management calls)
· Drive the MIM team towards triage and lead from the network team
· Interpersonal skills communication, flexibility, self-driven, team player
· Create, review, maintain operational documentation and provide training on new procedures to lower level support teams
· Responsible for day to day service delivery and systems performance review.
· Good analytical /problem-solving skills and self-motivated.
· Guide and mentor team members on new technologies being used in the project.
· Ability to participate in an on-call rotational schedule for after-hours support
· Flexible in working 24**7 sifts.
