Job Description :

Five – six years’ experience in IT infrastructure engineering/support role.
In-depth knowledge of firewall policy creation and splunk queries
Extensive experience with Cisco ASA firewalls. Checkpoint firewall experience is a plus
Ability to develop Azure Network Security Groups is a plus
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, both written and oral
Flexible and able to shift rapidly with an ever-changing environment
Must possess ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and escalate issues effectively
Outstanding written, verbal communication, as well as strong customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives in the execution of daily operation
