NetSuite Operations Manager

SUMMARY
The NetSuite Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, directing and coordinating Operations specific implementation of standard processes within NetSuite, improvement aiming to the efficient use of systems and resources across multiple Operations functions, generating productivity and improved financial results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead implantation of Operation specific processes within NetSuite in planning, purchasing, receiving, shipping, inventory management, and WMS
· Acts with limited guidance to translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered and tested NetSuite application solutions
· Acts as the business Operations NetSuite expert, trainer and mentor
· Work cross-functionally with Information System team for required development activities
· Train users on standard NetSuite business applications and executed NetSuite customizations
· Create and support NetSuite dashboards, reports, saved searches, KPI's, and business processes that go beyond the standard NetSuite application
· Acts as liaison to other departments on cross-functional issues arising from the process implementations
· Create supporting documentation needed
· Provide ongoing refinement of use of NetSuite to company users
· Know current company processes for each department and position in Operations
· Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed
· Solid understanding of operations fundamentals and processes
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain or business from an accredited institution or equivalent
· Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
· Continuous Improvement (CI) Certifications preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Work in warehouse and office environment. In addition, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds using proper safety precautions.
