MuleSoft Integration Deployment Lead
Columbus, OH
12 months plus - possible extension multiple years
Rate plus expenses, Mon-Thu onsite & Fri remote

Accountability:  Accountable for the Country Deployment Technology and Environment strategy to ensure successful delivery of a release. Works closely with global technology teams and partners to ensure that technical, application and integration approaches, and standards are adhered to for each release. Manages the cross release and deployment environment dependencies between global and country applications. Ensures that all country 3rd parties / SIs build activities are tracked and managed to plan and acts as the primary country interface to support interim state technical readiness, and decommissioning.

Key Skills:
Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and to operate and move between strategic and operational level thinking.
Experience of delivering Technology & Infrastructure on multi country – business and IT Transformation programmes for Global organisations.
Ability to define technical strategies and execute.
Strong vendor management and contracting experience.
Experienced in delivering cloud-based applications and hosted. infrastructure, must have experience in Salesforce and Oracle deliveries.
Excellent forward planning skills including system sizing and landscape management.
Managed integration projects utilising MuleSoft.
Experienced in using JIRA, Confluence.

Responsibilities:
Definition and adherence of the technology workstream governance and methodologies for the deployment across all releases.
Define the deployment technology and environment strategy to ensure that country application and integration requirements & standards are adhered to for each release.
Accountable for ensuring all required deployment technology interdependencies with other programmes and BAU are communicated and aligned.
Definition and maintenance of the country technical environments for each release.
Ensure that the country build requirements (localisations) for each system are tracked and managed to plan including inter-dependencies with any local build activities.
Manage vendors to ensure system availability in-line with the delivery plan.
Responsible for system sizing and usage monitoring of retained country systems.
Work with the business units to ensure local systems are available as required to support build, testing, data migration and cutover activities.
Actively engage in the preparation for Go-Live, including preparation of business continuity plans related to infrastructure availability and performance.
Manage the transition from programme into BAU of live systems.
Responsible for defining the data archiving approach of both target systems and heritage systems to be decommissioned.
