Job Description :

Seeking a MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to support the delivery of a large commercial energy efficiency program. As the CRM Developer you develop CRM applications using customization and configuration techniques to help your customers achieve their goals. This role will drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build and test, and deploy. You apply your understanding of technical concepts to meet your customer’s needs by coordinating within your team to deliver great software solutions.

Primary job activities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Work with Development team, Business Analysts, and Business users to produce software solutions
  • Develop, implement, and maintain applications on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
  • Build end points to integrate Dynamics
  • Develop scripts, identify and resolve website bugs on Microsoft Dynamic CRM to enhance user experience.
  • Contribute to the best practices and CRM customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics CRM-based projects
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed
  • Develop system and program specifications to meet client needs
  • Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
  • Create and maintain schema and code to support system/program requirements
  • Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain appropriate user and technical documentation
  • Work with clients to resolve problems in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate
  • Work independently and balance multiple and competing priorities and execute accordingly.
  • Be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices in order to engage with team on project development
  • Provide subject matter expertise to customers including technologies and implementation methodologies to successfully implement SharePoint/CRM solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

***Mandatory Qualifications: Experience in SQL Server, ISS, SharePoint, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dynamics 365, CRM SDK, Custom plug-ins for Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange email integration***

  • 3+ years working with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • 3 years’ experience in analysis or development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Knowledge of Application Program Interface (API’s)
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud technology and services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study or 3-5 years’ applicable equivalent work experience
  • Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or a similar system to effectively track customer and/or project details  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects to meet short turn-around times while effectively adhering to strict quality control standards 
  • Self-driven team player, with the ability to work effectively independently or collaboratively 
  • Capacity to understand technical concepts and apply that to projects to ensure technical requirements are met  
  • Demonstrated technical ability combined with the ability to work in a collaborative environment with end-users, clients, and other members of the software development and implementation teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

  • Use and support of the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform
  • Experience with agile development and source control management.
  • Experience in the design, maintenance and implementation of web applications that interact with database systems
  • Experience working with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs
  • Ability to effectively manage and negotiate multiple priorities and deliverables within an entrepreneurial work setting
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office tools (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Enjoys working as part of a diverse team, collaborates effectively, and maintains professionalism under deadline pressure
  • Knowledge of competing products / solutions and industry trends.
