1. Experience in both functional and technical side Dynamics 365 Online Customer Engagement
2. Experience in Dynamics 365 workflows and Power automate flows
3. Experience in developing Plugins, Custom workflows
4. Experience in Dynamics 365 Marketing Module
5. Experience in writing scripts behind CRM forms
6. Experience in designing CRM Security roles, Business rules, Routing rules and Case Creation rules
7. Experience in Implementing and maintaining power applications portal web forms, entity forms, and entity lists.
8. Hands on experience with .NET framework, MVC, Entity Framework, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML
9. Experience in Ribbon workbench creating custom buttons
10. Experience in data migration using SSIS
11. Experience in Building CRM OOB reports, Power BI and SSRS reports
12. Experience with advanced web development technologies like REST, JSON, OData, jQuery
13. Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, designing and development using JavaScript, CSS and HTML solutions as well as utilizing development tools provided within the Dynamics 365 customization environment
14. Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics CRM Architecture and experience in xRM applications by using custom code
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Knowledge of and ability to use the .NET development using Microsoft Stacked Technology or current software.
2. Ability to perform application web development using HTML, JavaScript, or jQuery, or most current web development tool available
